Angel Face Cocktail (IBA)
Ingredients :
30 mls : Gin
30 mls : Apricot Brandy
30 mls : Calvados / Apple brandy
Method :
Stir with ice and then strain into a glass
Instructions :
To make an Angel Face cocktail, use the following recipe instructions:
1. Place liquids in a cocktail shaker filled two-thirds with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with thin slice of apple.
