Bacardi Cocktail (IBA)

Method :

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass

Ingredients :

10 mls : Grenadine syrup
45 mls : White rum
20 mls : Freshly squeezed lime juice

Bacardi (IBA)

To mix a Bacardi Classic cocktail use the following recipe instructions. Only Bacardi rum should be used to make this drink.

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass.
2. Chill a cocktail glass with ice and pour it out when you are ready to pour the ingredients in the glass.
3. Pour the Bacardi white rum, lime juice* and grenadine into a shaker with ice.
4. Shake well, and strain into your chilled cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a cherry on a cocktail stick across the glass, and serve.
