Shake with ice & strain into a chilled glass .

Picks for garnishes
Cocktail strainer

To make a Espresso Martini cocktail use the following recipe instructions:

1. Shake hard and you'll create a lovely foamy "crema" layer on top of the drink after you've strained it out, just like on the best espressos.
2. Add sugar to taste, just as you would with a cup of coffee.
