Bellini (IBA)
Method :
Pour and Stir ..
Ingredients :
100 mls : Prosecco
50 mls : Peach puree
Instructions :
To make the classic Bellini cocktail follow these simple recipe instructions:
1. Chill a champagne flute with ice and pour it out when you are ready to pour the ingredients in the glass.
2. Pour the peach purée into chilled flute.
3. Gently add prosecco.
4. Stir gently, and serve.
Enjoy your Bellini!
Variations:
Puccini (fresh mandarin juice),
Rossini (fresh strawberry puree),
Tintoretto (fresh pomegranate juice).
You can use anisette or absinthe for the anise liqueur as well, though you will find that some anise-flavored liqueurs work better than others and much of that will depend on the gin that you choose.
