Method :

Pour and stir over ice

Ingredients :

45 mls : Golden rum
15 mls : Galliano
60 mls : Freshly pressed pineapple juice
7.5 mls : Freshly squeezed lime juice
↓ tpw : Prosecco 

Instructions : 


To make a Barracuda cocktail use the following recipe instructions:

1. Take a Mixing Glass and place some ice cubes in it. Put all the ingredients in it excluding the champagne.
2. Stir the contents properly at high speed.
3. Pour the mixture in a champagne glass-flute or a large mug along with some ice cubes.
4. Then chilled champagne is used as a topping.
5. For the garnishing use cherry,and lemon wedges.

The preparation for the drink can be made in five minutes and it should be served immediately. Some versions of this drink use whipped pineapple pulp as an ingredient and does not contain the sugar syrup. This drink is simple to create and does not take a lot of time in its preparation. This is an ideal drink that you can enjoy with your friends and family.
